Hi lovely,

I have found that setting new years resolutions can cause:

✖️ Anxiety. As sometimes our goals are not what we actually want to be doing. Or the time frame is underestimated. ✖️ Guilt. When the surge of motivation fizzles out and we actually don't change anything. ✖️ Worthlessness. When we feel like we have failed.

I have tried many strategies and structures to live a healthier life.

I have formulated a plan that I use to set the right goals for me.

✖️ To achieve what I want to achieve. ✖️ To give me the feelings I want to feel. ✖️ Because I want to feel happy and successful 😊

✖️ Because one of the greatest feelings of happiness and satisfaction is obtaining a goal.
